Pomegranate and Pear salad
Crumbled gournay cheese, diced avocado, shaved prosciutto, pomegranate syrup


Marinated Mushroom Bruschetta
Roasted mushrooms on bruschetta with ricotta basil cheese


Entrée

Horseradish Crusted Angus Ribeye with Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
Cast iron seared Ribeye, horseradish crusted, served with mashed potato, asparagus and a skewer of shrimp

Almond Butter Basted Fresh Diver Scallops
Pomegranate-vodka marinated cranberries, with smoky chopped almonds

Grilled Halibut with Ratatouille
Simply grilled Halibut atop Italian vegetable sauce

Last two Shoots

I've been lacking on posting and I thought I had updated from the second to Last shoot I did for Miss Kayla and Matt! But apparently I didn't! Here are a few from that day! :)

As for a recent shoot I did with my best friend Katie -- She called me up and said "lets go take pictures" and sure enough, 3 hours of getting ready, we were on our way! Not sure where but we ended up at this ROCKIN bridge in Rancho San Diego :)

As for recent shoots, as in today :) I went out with a girl I made friends with a few months back.What an awesome girl! She didn't feel very good and was very tired, BUT the photos don't show that What so ever :)

Another shoot monday with Mitchy, from my work. He is an amazing singer/song writer/cook :) ha. Posts will be up soon!

Puppy Love?

For some people yes, for this couple there is a little bit of puppy love but that love goes a long way!

Meet Lexi and Josh. Soon to be Mr. and Mrs. Royer. Lexi and Josh were such an awesome couple! They didn't care what it took! From getting wet to sitting in sand to carrying Bubba (the pup) around like a baby! It was bubba first trip to the Beach and boy oh boy did he learn to love it!

A week or so ago I shot a Greek Orthodox Baptism for Anthoula and Alex. I've never experienced a baptism other than Catholic and to be honest I haven't seen one in a long time. George was the sweetest and cutest baby ever. As most babies would cry and wale at the idea of getting dunked into a big bowl of water. He just got annoyed and then smiled. Here are a few snaps from the day!

Autumn's wedding during Summer

Weddings are probably the most traditional thing you could do in your life. For Autumn and Cory, they wanted none of they above. This was not only a wedding I was photographing but the ULTIMATE party. These guys really know how to kick off a good night. Both of them are so much fun and know how to have a great time!





And here is how they ended the night... no better way in my eyes!

They took this bus down the hill to Old Town and then hit the bars!

Backyard Wedding

A week and half ago me and my best friend, Katie, drove up to Corona to shoot a wedding. Better yet a backyard wedding. It was such a nice quaint neighborhood with a park near by :) I met Brytnee only once before the wedding out at Stampede in Temecula. A huge line dancing bar where I used to be a frequent customer! It was a very warm day but the weather couldn't have been any better. I also started shooting film this day and am still anxiously waiting for the film in the mail! Here are some snaps I got for the day! :)
